Center for Jazz Expansion

BSI is excited to be working with Jazz St. Louis, a non-profit that uses performance, education, and outreach to lead the St. Louis community in advancing the art of Jazz.   BSI is renovating their space at 3540 Washington Ave. in Grand Center that will open in October 2014 as the Harold and Dorothy Steward Center for Jazz. 

The extensive renovation of two adjacent buildings (one of them formerly Jazz at the Bistro), will feature a jazz club with seating for 220, a jazz lounge with seating for up to 75, and a jazz education and practice space, the Centene Jazz Education Center, and staff office space.
